Our Academic Calendar & Hours

Hilton Horizons Academy operates on a 7-hour daily instructional schedule, exceeding the annual requirements for Tennessee private schools. By building extra time into our standard day, we ensure our 180-day academic calendar remains consistent- allowing us to cover potential snow days without extending the school year.

Comprehensive Tuition

Payment Plan: $980/month

  • Includes core curriculum, lab materials, and student supplies.

  • Covers all scheduled field trips.

  • Includes weekly specialized enrichment and STEM blocks.

EFS Funding

$7,500

  • Funding provided to eligible families through the TN Education Freedom Scholarship.

  • Hilton Horizons Academy is an approved provider; we deduct this credit for you from your comprehensive tuition.

Balance with EFS

$2,300

Payment Plan: $230/month

  • This is the final out-of-pocket amount after your EFS scholarship is applied.

  • Your tuition is split into 10 equal, interest-free payments. (Aug-May).

  • Provides a predictable affordable path to an accredited private education.

We provide a rigorous foundation without the limitations of a traditional “one-size-fits-all” classroom.

HHA Curriculum:

  • Zearn (K-8th Math)

  • All About Reading (K-2nd)

  • Lexia (K-5th Reading) supplemental Core Knowledge Handbook

  • Lexia (6th-8th) supplemental Common Lit

  • Mystery Science (K-5th Science)

  • IXL (K-12th All Subjects)

  • Edmentum (8th-12th) - High School will have a $150 curriculum fee added to tuition.

  • Required Standardized Assessment- (3rd-11th)- MAP Growth Assessment


HHA Enrichment:

  • Art: Madison, founder of MadrPaints Abstract Art & Murals, teaches abstract arts and crafting.

  • Spanish: Taught by Jennifer Melendez, a native of Puerto Rico.

  • Gardening: Hands-on lessons in planting, sustainability, and the science of growing with hydroponics and garden beds.

  • STREAM & Graphic Art: Carrie, founder of Small Town Makers, teaches a STEM-fine arts class, including lessons in coding, Folk Art, and computer science
